The way they make it seems incredibly simple yet we still find ourselves not being able to get it taste exactly like that Margherita you had in Naples. So the best way we could think of to end this vicious circle, was to make a pizza WITH someone who has mastered the art of Italian pizza - the very charming Gennaro Contaldo.
